Join Jess Pirnak, Registered Dietitian & Certified Wellness Coach, as she shares valuable tips for those recently diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. Let Jess guide you through what needs to change in your kitchen, how to change your thinking, and what you need to know before grocery shopping.

1:00pm: The BioDiet: Therapeutic Benefits of a Ketogenic Diet

Join Dr David G. Harper, author of BioDiet, a Visiting Scientist at the BC Cancer Research Centre, Terry Fox Laboratory, and Associate Professor of Kinesiology a the University of the Fraser Valley, as he shares his clincial experience counseling people on ketogenic diets and explain, in an engaging approachable, and entertaining manner, how ketogenic diets improve the three elements of the Axis of Illness, greatly reducing the risk of Chronic disease and treating those already afflicted. He will share some of the latest scientific evidence from robust, evidence-based, research and also address some of the common myths and misconceptions about ketogenic diets.

2:00pm: Gluten-Be-Gone

Join Ali J. Chernoff, a Registered Dietitian as she host an informative session on how to remove gluten from your diet. Learn what foods contain gluten. Discover what foods are gluten free. Understand the basics of Celiac. Receive some great tips on balancing your meals without Gluten.
