Robyn Harrison

Robyn is a baker based in Orangeville, Ontario. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, she comes from several generations of award-winning bakers. In 2016, she was devastated to receive a celiac disease diagnosis, making it impossible to enjoy all of her family’s prized recipes. She set out on a mission to recreate all of those recipes gluten-free without compromising on taste or quality. In 2020, she launched Robyn’s Gluten-free Baking Courses, offering online courses to teach people how to bake gluten-free.

Robyn has partnered with the Canadian Celiac Association and the Celiac Disease Foundation, and has been featured on A Canadian Celiac Podcast and Pioneering Today.
She also has a YouTube channel, Robyn’s Gluten-free Living, that offers fun, informational, and relatable videos about celiac disease and living gluten-free.
Dani Renouf, RD, MSc, CDE

Dani also works as a dietitian in kidney disease, diabetes management, and believes in bringing a culturally diverse lens to her practice.
Amy Chow, BSc, RD

Over the last decade, she healed herself from an array of health conditions such as burnout, mold and heavy metal toxicity, thyroid dysfunction and gut imbalances. She now has more vitality than ever before and truly believes that you can feel better as you age. She lives in nature on an acreage in Quebec with her family and helps women virtually from all over the world.
